The room was clean, with smoke detectors and gates. Location: the hotel was not far from the city centre, Halong bay or sapa, and the Hoan Kiem Lake and old quarter.

Good location in the heart of the city, close to key attractions and transportation. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The staff, though their English was limited, were friendly and tried their best to assist with any inquiries.
Poor cleanliness and outdated furniture in some rooms. Limited English proficiency of the receptionist caused communication challenges.

The hotel is located in a great area close to everything, yet secluded down a little alley off the road so surprisingly quiet. the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the service is excellent as the staff is always ready to help with anything you need. the breakfast is delicious and varied, with something for everyone. the hotel also offers free WiFi and a gym to enjoy.
The furniture in the room is dated and could use an upgrade.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. The hotel was located in a central area which made it easy to get around and explore the city. The wifi was fast and reliable, which made staying connected a breeze. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed.
The room was not up to par. The shower was in poor condition and I decided not to use it.
